How much will it cost?
Cost will depend on where in the world you are and what you purchase. We believe in fair pricing so we only charge a small amount to cover part of the cost for shipping via Royal Mail or Air Mail. For some higher value items we insist on sending items tracked and apply small additional cost to ensure that your items arrive with you and are not lost. Postage is applied in the checkout, just fill in your address and you will see the final price to pay - we think you'll be surprised how affordable we are :)
Delays to international post
For orders outside the UK please be aware that there are currently delays to postal services worldwide due to COVID 19. We would expect your order to arrive within 5 to 10 working days, however in some extreme cases it may take up to 28 days.
Notifying us of items not received
We will do whatever we can to make sure your items reach you, but we need your help. Sometimes post goes missing, but unfortunately we're not mind readers - if your order has not arrived we will not know unless you tell us. For order enquiries please contact us via email using the address shown at the bottom of your order confirmation email or via the form on our site.
Acceptable time frame for contacting us for items not received - For items that have not been received, please contact us within 28 days of placing your order - not contacting us within this time frame reduces the chances that we can recover our costs and resupply items to you at no extra charge.
We reserve the right to not refund or resend orders where we are not contacted within 2 calendar months of dispatch. After much thought, we believe that this is more than adequate time to notify us of your order not arriving.
Items sent to incorrect addresses & Resending items
We expect that you know where you live. In the event that you place an order and supply the wrong delivery address (such as an old address or an incorrect auto-filled one) this is where we will send your items. We can not be held responsible for your items not arriving with you for this reason.
If the address supplied to us does not exist and your items are returned to us, we will get in contact to confirm your actual address. We will then require a small payment to cover the cost of re-delivery. Or, we can offer a refund minus the cost of the postage to the incorrect address.
